The house is situated in the perfect location, with sea views that are hard to match, newly decorated and with everything you need to feel at home. The environment and surroundings make it even more magical because you have the beach, the city centre, dozens of restaurants and all in a very safe and small town atmosphere.
The building has a main entrance with a lift that connects to the outside and to the communal garage where there is a private parking space at no extra cost for guests.
The charm of our property is to be able to hear and smell the sea from the balcony, less than 10 metres from the sea and about 3 minutes walk from the famous beach of Las Teresitas.

It is a fishing village on the seafront, full of life in its streets and full of restaurants and entertainment venues. A quiet place to stroll, enjoy the beaches and the sea and very close to the Anaga mountain range, famous for its tourist roads.
Getting around the area
The house has private parking as well as public connections at all times and the nearest bus stop is less than 20 metres from the house.
There are two airports on the island, the southern airport is a 40-minute drive from the capital and the northern airport is only 15 minutes away. There is plenty of public transport that takes you from the airport to the city very cheaply and safely. It is very easy to find the luxury flat because it is at the entrance of the city and it is the newest building.
